Good to know
Artwork deadline
Send your logo as a vector file (.svg, .ai, .eps) or a high-resolution PNG by October 1 so it makes the print run. We’ll email you where to send it as soon as you’re signed up.
Player entries
Tiers that include entries hold those spots in the 144-player field automatically. You’ll name your players on the same roster page every team uses.
Setting up on site
Tiers with a hole or booth can bring a table, tent, banner, and giveaways. Load-in is the morning of; we’ll send times with your hole assignment the week of the event.
What a hole sponsorship includes
Signage at your hole plus the right to set up a table or tent there for the day. Every group plays every hole, so all 36 teams come through — it’s the closest thing to 36 scheduled conversations.
Refunds
Sponsorships are non-refundable but transferable to another business. The tournament plays rain or shine. Questions? info@launchlabsgolf.com
