How do the shared hours work?

Your hours sit in one pool that anyone on your membership can book against. They refill at the start of each month. If your team uses at least half the allowance, up to a quarter of it carries into the next month — otherwise unused hours expire.

Can we change who's on the membership?

Yes, any time. Your account administrator invites and removes people from the team page. When someone is removed their access stops immediately, and hours held by their upcoming bookings go back into the pool.

Can we bring clients and guests?

Yes, and there's no extra charge. Each bay holds up to four people, and guests play on your booking during your reserved time.

What if our clients don't golf?

Most don't, and it doesn't matter. Trackman has games and closest-to-the-pin challenges alongside full rounds, and we have clubs available if someone turns up empty-handed. Beginners usually have the best time.

Can we book the whole space for an event?

Yes. Corporate members get a discounted rate on space buyouts, with a two-hour minimum. Club memberships include one two-hour buyout per 12-month term. Email us and we'll find a slot.

What happens at the end of our term?

It renews automatically for another term at the same rate, and we'll email you 30 days before that happens. Let us know any time before then if you'd like to make a change.

Can we be invoiced instead of paying by card?

Yes. Email info@launchlabsgolf.com and we'll send an invoice instead.
